1. Who we are

Totem ("we," "us") operates a Discord-based networking community and associated paid services, including the Guest Caller Package.

2. What data we collect

• Name and email address (provided at signup or purchase)
• Discord username and activity (chat messages, voice minutes) during calls you attend
• Payment and transaction information (processed via Stripe — we do not store your full card details)
• Engagement data used to identify optimal call times and warm leads

3. Why we collect it

• To deliver the services you've paid for (e.g. call recordings, written summaries, warm-lead identification)
• To improve turnout by identifying which times work best for members
• To communicate with you about your package or membership

4. Legal basis

We process your data under the "contract" basis because it's necessary to deliver the service you've purchased. Where we use data beyond that (e.g. general community communications), we rely on legitimate interest. We should have access to your name, Discord username, and email.

5. Who we share it with

• Stripe (for invoices, refunds, and anything else)
• Your Discord username may be displayed on the clips we create (Package only)
• Lena (our Discord bot) will know your Discord username
• Stan's personal CRM (only visible to Stan)
• Call recording may be shared to the backstage chat members + you only, or as a one-off rare freebie to everyone
• The call thumbnail will have your name on it + whatever else you want us to put on it to attract members and potential leads

6. How long we keep it

Payment and transaction records may be retained beyond this period where required for legal or tax purposes (HMRC recordkeeping requirements). But if you want us to delete the recording, or any Lena information, please let us know.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting riggbiz on Discord, or bridgeandbarter@gmail.com. We will make sure to action deletion requests within 7 days. But the payment and transaction records must be kept for the amount that HMRC is satisfied with.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The version date at the top reflects the latest revision.
