Totem
Totem ("we," "us," "our") operates a Discord-based networking community for people in sales, AI, and social/media marketing, plus paid add-ons including the Guest Call Package. By joining the server, booking a guest call, or purchasing the Package, you agree to these Terms.
Joining the Totem Discord is free. Membership gets you access to the server, guest calls, and general networking — it doesn't guarantee a guest slot, a specific outcome, or a specific number of attendees on any call.
You're expected to follow the server's own community guidelines and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while you're a member. We can remove anyone from the server for conduct that breaks either set of rules, harasses other members, or disrupts a call — with or without a refund of any paid service, at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
The Guest Call Package is a one-time, paid-upfront add-on (currently £180) for guests who go on a call. It's tracked and delivered by Lena, our in-house Discord bot, and currently includes:
We may adjust, add to, or streamline what's included from time to time — the version of the Package described on the site and delivered by Lena at the time of your call is what applies to you. Delivery timelines (like the 3-business-day clip turnaround) are targets we aim to hit, not guaranteed SLAs — occasional delays don't entitle you to a refund on their own.
Package payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your full card details. Once payment is confirmed, your guest call is booked and Lena begins tracking your deliverables.
There's no fixed refund window published for the Package. If something's genuinely not right — the call didn't happen, deliverables weren't sent, or the fit was clearly wrong — reach out and we'll sort it directly, case by case. This isn't handled through an automated form.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked call before it happens, contact us as early as you can so we can free up the slot for someone else.
By going on a guest call, you agree that we may record it and use the recording, clips, and highlight reel to promote Totem (e.g. on our socials, YouTube, or the server) — with your name and/or Discord username attributed, as described in our Privacy Notice. If you'd rather certain content wasn't posted publicly, tell us before the call so we can agree on limits in advance.
You're responsible for what you say and disclose on a call. We're not liable for business outcomes, deals, or introductions that don't pan out — the Package delivers the content and contacts; what you do with them is on you.
Don't use the community, a guest call, or anything delivered through the Package to spam, scam, harass, or mislead other members or attendees. Outreach scripts and attendee contacts are provided for genuine, good-faith follow-up — not for mass unsolicited marketing.
We provide the community and the Package as-is. We don't guarantee specific business results, lead quality, or turnout on any given call. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue arising from the community or the Package is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Package in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time as the community and the Package evolve. The version date at the top reflects the latest revision — continuing to use the server or a paid service after an update means you accept the current version.
